Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the website at albahralhadi.ae or engaging any services provided by Al Bahr Al Hadi (“Al Bahr Al Hadi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Al Bahr Al Hadi provides property renovation, maintenance, repair, and installation services in Dubai, UAE. These include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, AC maintenance, painting, CCTV installation, fridge repair, and property renovation work.

All service bookings are subject to availability and a pre-work site inspection where applicable. Services are carried out only after a written or verbal agreement on scope and cost.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations provided by Al Bahr Al Hadi are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final costs may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job. Any changes to scope will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of labour unless otherwise stated. Material costs may be quoted separately.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed service unless a different payment schedule has been confirmed in writing. For larger renovation or project work, a deposit may be required before work commences.

Al Bahr Al Hadi reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if agreed payment milestones are not met.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To enable us to carry out work safely and effectively, customers are expected to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and issue being reported
• Ensure that technicians have safe and clear access to the work area
• Remove or secure valuables and personal belongings in areas where work is being carried out
• Inform Al Bahr Al Hadi of any relevant building regulations, landlord permissions, or access restrictions before work begins

5. Warranty and Liability

Al Bahr Al Hadi stands behind its workmanship. Where a fault arises directly from our work within a reasonable period after completion, we will inspect and remedy the issue at no additional charge. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or pre-existing conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Al Bahr Al Hadi’s liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a call-out fee to cover technician travel and scheduling costs.

7. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general information purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content. You may not use our website in any way that causes damage to the site or is unlawful.
